Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Product Analytics to deliver high-impact insights that shape our product strategy. You will work with data across the product lifecycle, building models and dashboards, and communicating findings to executives and stakeholders.

This remote role emphasizes automation, scalability, and collaboration with Engineering and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience, strong SQL, statistics knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience performing quantitative data analysis in internet/tech environments.
• Strong SQL writing skills for critical business decisions.
• Solid understanding of statistics and the ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with strong academic track record.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business impact in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Python and/or R.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with frontend analytics platforms like GA or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover product improvement opportunities.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to enhance product insights.
• Proactively generate data-driven insights and present them to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards informing business decisions with scalable automation.
