Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking an experienced product analytics professional to partner across product, design, research, engineering, marketing, operations and finance to shape strategy for a large two-sided marketplace focused on workplace food ordering.

You will own funnel analysis, run experiments (A/B and multi-armed bandit studies), apply causal modeling, and translate insights into actions that move customer behaviour and core metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or ecommerce.
• Strong SQL and statistical modelling in Python.
• Experience with site analytics and experiment design.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau and Sigma.
• Able to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel up to five days per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to scope questions and analytical direction.
• Analyse funnel across product/site to identify friction and opportunities.
• Size opportunities with PMs/engineers and define success metrics.
• Design, run, and review experiments such as A/B tests and multi-armed bandits.
• Use statistical models and causal analysis to explain shifts in performance.
• Improve data quality with the data platform team and use AI tools.
• Mentor peers and share product domain expertise.
