Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to advance Personal Lines Telematics offerings. You will work with business and technology teams to develop and implement new capabilities, improving customer experience and product performance.

3–5 years P&C insurance experience and Auto Telematics exposure are preferred; strong analytical skills and Agile tools experience are expected. Hybrid/remote work with occasional office days will be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of P&C insurance experience required.
• Prior Auto Telematics experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to research and analyze competitor filings and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in product development with Agile tools (Jira, Kanban, Scrum) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market and communications strategies for new products.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Engineering to build data sets powering analytics.
• Use multiple data sets to derive insights for prioritizing the roadmap.
• Design products and capabilities with solutions architecture and delivery teams.
• Support state-specific filings and prepare pricing/policy manuals.
