Job summary

PURE Insurance seeks a State Management Senior Product Analyst in our Chicago, IL office. You’ll implement countywide strategies and state-specific changes, execute end-to-end rate changes, and analyze top-line and competitive metrics to support sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with underwriting, product development, and legislative teams, mentor junior analysts, and communicate concise proposals to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
• 2–3 years of analytical experience.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to organize and transform large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement countywide strategies and state-specific changes.
• Execute end-to-end state rate changes from analysis to filing submission and system implementation.
• Set goals for state rate reviews and analyze indicators.
• Conduct original analyses to uncover trends in PURE's portfolio and the marketplace.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely insights to field partners.
• Support changes to offerings and processes based on market dynamics.
• Communicate concise proposals to stakeholders and gain approvals.
• Collaborate with product development, underwriting, distribution, claims, and other departments.
• Mentor and support junior analysts.
