HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for the Lead Generation team. The role focuses on independent ownership of analytics projects, partnering with Product, Engineering and Data teams to improve activation, adoption, engagement, retention and monetization across Funnels, Websites, Forms and more.

You will design measurements, build dashboards, conduct cohort and funnel analyses, and present clear recommendations to product leadership to drive product decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading end-to-end product analytics projects.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments (A/B tests).
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and data teams.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product analyses across Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, Domains, SEO and Listings; translate questions into actionable analyses.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for activation, adoption, engagement, retention and monetization.
• Build and maintain dashboards giving leadership clear visibility into product health and outcomes, enabling teams to answer recurring questions independently.
• Lead funnel and journey analyses to identify friction and drop-offs across onboarding, creation, publishing and lead capture workflows.
• Conduct cohort, segmentation and retention analyses to understand customer segments and lifecycle stages and identify impactful improvements.
• Define measurement plans before feature launches, establish baselines and evaluate adoption and outcomes after release.
