Job summary

Adyen is seeking a high-impact Senior Product Analyst to join the Customer Interfaces Data team. You will be the analytical engine behind measuring how customer-facing interfaces, localized portals, and design systems drive business results.

You will take a holistic, outcome-oriented view of the entire customer journey, moving away from siloed reporting to design advanced metrics frameworks that optimize interface experiences and reduce user friction.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product analytics, UX analytics, or web/mobile interface data roles.
• Proven ability to design and analyze large-scale experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong data manipulation with SQL and Python; experience in Big Data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Interface Metrics Strategy: design and maintain metrics aligning interface performance to merchant success.
• Measure adoption and usability of design system components across platforms in collaboration with design/frontend teams.
• Lead localization optimization to ensure native, conversion-optimized experiences by region.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments; govern UX analytics through tools like Mixpanel.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to provide proactive data-driven recommendations.
