The position focuses on developing innovative products, market research, and close collaboration with underwriting and actuarial teams to shape pricing, policy language, and product strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of related underwriting or product experience.
• Professional designations such as AU, CPCU, CIC, INS, ARM, CLP or equivalents preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development of innovative products to grow premium volume and profitability.
• Conducts comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, and claims to design insurance solutions and pricing.
• Analyzes market data and customer feedback to identify product enhancements and new development.
• Develops and oversees strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Drives product offerings, rate adjustments, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
