Responsibilities

• Participates in developing new products and/or solutions to enhance premium volume growth and ensure competitiveness and profitability of existing products.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to design insurance solutions, pricing strategies, and policy language.
• Analyzes market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
• Participates in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps to achieve business goals, including SWOT analysis.
