Job summary

You will coordinate with the product team, architect and design efficient software solutions, and ensure quality through testing, release management, and change management.

You will lead sub-teams and collaborate across multiple groups to deliver value. This hybrid role requires willingess to travel occasionally and reside within driving distance of a Constellation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5–8 years of product development, management, or business analysis experience.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work with remote team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with product team to translate business needs into clear product outcomes.
• Deliver software solutions by planning, analyzing requirements, designing and building, and supporting existing products.
• Maintain engagement with partners and stakeholders, manage scope and expectations.
• Identify continuous improvements to the platform to enhance customer experiences.
• Develop technical capabilities within the supporting discipline and review estimates to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Participate in strategic product planning meetings for risk and cost benefits.
