You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and ensure quality through testing, release management and change control. The role requires a bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong communication, Middleware expertise, and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of product development / product management / business analysis experience or 9–12 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Middleware and Agile practices.
• Experience leading IT projects or sub-teams and managing IT contracts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and IT colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work with product team to align goals with business needs and outcomes.
• Deliver software/infrastructure solutions by planning, analyzing requirements, designing, and building.
• Maintain engagement with business partners and stakeholders; manage scope and expectations.
• Identify and implement platform improvements for better customer experiences.
• Develop technical capabilities within the supporting discipline and best practices.
• Review estimates to ensure time, cost and design align with business needs.
• Participate in strategic product planning with risk and cost-benefit insights.
