Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join the Data Product teams in a hybrid role that blends product execution and data validation.

You’ll own SQL-based data validation, refine requirements with Product Managers, and translate data logic into validated analytics and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. This role emphasizes solving ambiguity in data logic, expanding your product and analytics skills within a fast-moving healthcare data organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analyst, QA/data validation, or technical product analyst roles.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to validate data against source-to-target logic.
• Hands-on BI reporting and dashboards development experience.
• Familiarity with elasticube structures and AI-agent tooling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and release readiness.
• Able to document requirements, test cases, and QA artifacts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Python experience preferred but not required.
• Healthcare data exposure (EMRs, ABA, etc.) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own SQL-based data validation and metric reconciliation.
• Interpret AI-agent QA outputs and design test cases.
• Investigate data discrepancies and distinguish upstream vs BI issues.
• Serve as front-line contact for data and dashboard questions.
• Support regression testing across releases and ensure fixes persist.
• Turn manual checks into reusable validation rules and automate QA.
• Conduct ad hoc market, competitive, and data-driven research.
• Document requirements, test cases, validation results, and issues.
• Communicate findings and risks clearly to PMs, Eng, and stakeholders.
