Responsibilities

• Develop and design proof of concept for product enhancements and analytics.
• Define product development requirements and communicate acceptance criteria to the development team.
• Engage in and support sales cycles for prospective clients.
• Support monthly client deliverables, reports and analytics.
• Provide product subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues.
• Explain key features of Company reporting and support growth opportunities.
