Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Product Analytics Analyst Sr to join the Market Management team. You will deepen product insights by advancing analytics, using SQL and Python to explore data, and delivering actionable insights and competitive intelligence.

You will influence product design, pricing, underwriting, and distribution strategies while collaborating closely with Market Managers and other departments to implement rate revisions and new features.

Qualifications

7+ years of analytical work experience or equivalent in data analytics or BI.
Experience in personal/commercial lines pricing/product, or related analytics.
Strong ability to develop insights and apply advanced analytics to drive outcomes.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder across functional areas.

Responsibilities

Drive development of new products and management of existing products; advise on pricing, underwriting, and distribution.
Analyze premium rates, loss experience, and retention to meet profitability goals.
Research market opportunities and translate ideas into new product concepts with competitive awareness.
Coordinate with IT, Accounting, Actuarial, Claims, and Customer Service to implement rate revisions and new features.
