Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support privacy governance product development, testing, and documentation. You will partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into actionable requirements and help shape a new third-party data sharing platform.

You'll work with Enterprise Technology Services and teams across the company, integrating privacy tools like OneTrust and ServiceNow, performing UAT, and producing clear artifacts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to document current-state privacy processes.
• Design future-state processes and identify tech/process improvements.
• Automate privacy processes by documenting workflows and proofs.
• Create wireframes, process flows, BRs, and process documentation.
• Develop presentations and formal documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate privacy platforms with enterprise systems like ServiceNow.
• Support maintenance of tools built on the OneTrust platform.
• Assist with template updates, data migration, configuration support, troubleshooting with vendors.
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute functional and UAT test scripts and document results.
• Work with business/technical teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to cross-functional privacy and data governance initiatives.
• Support development of comprehensive data privacy governance framework within enterprise data governance.
• Work with Product Owners to support product/feature development.

Job description

The Privacy Operations team works to enhance the enterprise privacy program supporting our client in response to growing customer expectations, risk management imperatives, and current/evolving legal obligations around the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data. In partnership with Enterprise Technology Services, the team is responsible for implementing and managing the technology using the OneTrust platform and the supporting business processes to create a “privacy by design” culture that embeds privacy protection and controls throughout the lifecycle of the data. The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Owners in product and feature development, testing, and documentation for data privacy governance with a specific focus on a new third-party data sharing governance platform.
