ReportAll USA is seeking to add a Senior Product Analyst to their team. The purpose of this position is to act as a liaison between the organization and the end customer. Successful candidates for this position will possess technical knowledge as well as incredible communication skills, and ideally would have served in a similar capacity for a software company. This role will work with internal teams to elicit and document product requirements, assist in the creation of test scripts, and work with the engineering team on a number of web and mobile software products throughout project completion.The ideal candidate is located in Northeast Ohio, although the position is eligible for remote work.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and document use cases during feature design to determine how users will interact with the system
- Assist with the completion of solution design; reviewing or creating wireframes/mockups to ensure they meet product requirements
- Interact with and/or respond to customers as required to gain an understanding of their business needs as they relate to ReportAll’s solutions
- Support and/or facilitate user research and competitive analysis
- Contribute to and work to meet product, team and/or company objectives
- Perform functional testing of solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied
- Report on analytics to gain insights on user behavior
- Create training collateral for internal teams, as necessary
- Use collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Teams) to log and track use cases, bugs and communicate issues
- Collaborate with the product manager to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Seek an understanding of priorities and assist others with prioritization of tasks, as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, computer information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in software or a related field, ideally serving in a product capacity for a small company
- Experience with requirements elicitation
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Capable of working with remote teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and/or Google Analytics is preferred
