Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Senior Producer in South San Francisco to scale our creative and marketing organization. You will lead the production and execution of customer-facing marketing across every channel, turning concepts into high-quality experiences that are on brand, on budget, and on time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, brand production, experiential production, or marketing operations.
• Experience producing marketing assets across multiple channels with strong production quality control.
• Excellent vendor management, budgeting, and procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production across print, OOH, retail, events, direct mail, packaging, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate concepts into exceptional brand executions.
• Set and manage production timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to meet schedules.
• Develop scalable production workflows and operating rhythms for the creative and marketing teams.
• Balance quality, timeline, and budget while maintaining brand integrity across campaigns.
• Manage resources and capacity, mitigating risks and aligning with business goals.
• Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to bring initiatives to market.
