Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Senior Producer to lead creative production and end-to-end project management across digital experiences, brand campaigns, design initiatives, and spatial projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, scope, resources, and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to translate concepts into deliverables, manage margins, and guide junior producers. Occasional travel may be required as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior production within a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio across design, digital, and spatial projects.
• Proven ability to lead production projects from planning through delivery within budgets and timelines.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability guiding teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and project management for campaigns, digital experiences, branding, design, and spatial installations from kickoff to completion.
• Independently manage projects and collaborate with production leads on complex engagements.
• Act as primary client contact, translating objectives into actionable plans and managing deliverables.
• Mentor junior producers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain progress and accountability.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, timelines, and scopes of work with leadership and account teams.
• Monitor financial performance, scope, and margins; adjust staffing and timelines as needed to stay on track.
• Coordinate resource allocation with the Creative Director and adjust staffing as requirements evolve.
• Oversee production quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards.
• Identify and resolve production challenges, constraints, and changes in scope or direction.
• Coordinate with various departments and external partners to align activities with project objectives.
• Maintain documentation, feedback, and production notes; ensure clear communication across teams and clients.
• Provide regular status reports and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Support in-person production activities and client engagements as needed.
