Job summary

NBCUniversal in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Producer, Creative Content to lead multi-platform content from concept to delivery. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (internships included).
  • 5 years of editing experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator or related software.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and create high-end content across platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients.
  • Assist Management with cross departmental integrations.
  • Execute strong editorial judgement and standards skills.
  • Participate in daily content meetings and tailor content to department goals.
  • Pitch creative concepts to stretch the group’s output.
  • Work with other departments and leaders to develop ongoing content and cross-department collaboration.
  • Maintain interdepartmental relationships to align long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative department to maintain consistent style and branding for original content.
  • Manage external relationships.
  • Flexible scheduling; some local and national travel.
  • Manage editorial and technical direction of the content group.

Job Description

The Senior Producer, CreativeContentis responsible formanaging andcreating daily contentfor all platforms includingsocial, digital,and linear. As part of the Original Content team, they will be tasked withproducingengagingmulti-platformcontent,planningand executing all aspects ofboth short and longform productions, and managing community programming. They must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as a modern videography and photography aesthetic. This person must be highly conceptual andable to manage a team for execution. They must be able to see theseprojectsfrom conceptto delivery. The ability to create high end content quickly isa mustwhile alsomaintainingefficiency and accuracy.The Senior Producer Creative Content willhave a focus onadapting content to meet ever‑changing consumption habits.

Salary range: $85,000-$105,000

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with outside entities- including branded content for clients.
  • Ability to produce content quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to produce both long and short form content from concept to delivery
  • Ability to manage time and resources related to each project.
  • Ability to communicate and problem solve with team members.
  • Knowledge of evolving media and social trends
  • Knowledge of audience analysis and metrics
