Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience producing brand, video, or live-event content.

• Hands-on experience with physical event elements like booth builds and AV management.
• Track record of running stakeholder review processes across departments.
• Experience in an in-house creative team with direct accountability for production delivery.
• Familiarity with generative AI for workflow efficiency while ensuring human oversight.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Producer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead end-to-end production across brand campaigns, video, and live-event experiences, ensuring creative requests are translated into clear, executable plans. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position is focused on building efficient workflows, coordinating review cycles, and keeping high-volume production efforts moving with precision.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,765 – $200,900 annually
