About Lemonlight

Lemonlight is a full-service content studio that specializes in performance creative. Since launching in 2014, we’ve become one of the largest branded content providers in the world, having produced over 25,000 videos for more than 3,500 brands—from scrappy startups to industry giants like Amazon, Google, Airbnb, and Rolex.

We believe that great video has the power to transform a brand, and we’re on a mission to make high-quality production accessible to all. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for dynamic team players who thrive on creativity, collaboration, and delivering excellence.

The Role: Enterprise Producer

As a Producer on the Enterprise Team, you’ll be the engine behind our most complex and high‑profile video projects. You're equal parts project manager, client liaison, and production quarterback—making sure everything runs like clockwork, from pre‑production to post. Your ability to create calm amidst the chaos and deliver an exceptional client experience is what sets you apart.

If you love timelines, live for checklists, and know how to keep clients and creative teams aligned without missing a beat, this role is for you.

Project Management
  • Project Master: Build and manage comprehensive production timelines and key project data using tools like Monday.com and our proprietary platforms.
  • Stakeholder Coordinator: Ensure all stakeholders are kept in the loop with real‑time updates, links, and deliverables.
  • Timeline Champion: Proactively manage milestones and deliverables, ensuring expectations are realistic and met.
  • Process Expert: Execute the Lemonlight process from end to end—identify red flags early and elevate when needed.
On‑Set Production Handoff
  • Prep Pro: Craft detailed call sheets and set notes so clients and crews show up fully aligned.
  • Pre‑Production Lead: Host clear and decisive pre‑pro meetings to align creative and logistical details with client goals.
Client Management
  • Client Advocate: Build trust through transparency, accountability, and clear communication.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Read the room, manage expectations, and diplomatically guide clients to the best creative and logistical outcomes.
  • Client Guide: Set realistic paths and help clients make decisions that support their objectives—even if it means saying no the right way.
  • Creative Collaborator: Work seamlessly with Creative Producers, Editors, and On‑Set Crews to ensure everyone is executing on the same vision, within scope and on time.
  • Organized & Detail‑Oriented: You love keeping things on track, on time, and on brand.
  • Production‑Savvy: You’ve got a solid understanding of the production process and can speak the language of creatives, clients, and vendors alike.
  • Client‑First Mentality: You know how to nurture relationships and deliver a five‑star experience.
  • Cool Under Pressure: You stay level‑headed, even when things get hectic.
  • Clear Communicator: Whether it’s a text, a Zoom call, or a client email, you know how to keep everyone in sync.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You believe great things happen when people work together—and you help make that happen every day.
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – starting the first of the month after your hire date.
  • Birthday & Work Anniversary Celebrations – we celebrate you.
  • Stocked Kitchen (for LA‑based staff) – snacks, coffee, espresso, and more.
