• Achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce/floral department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance and training to produce department staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, and guest service as necessary.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
