Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering and integrating SaaS software.
• 4+ years’ experience in Procurement Systems Management and Source to Pay processes.
• Workday Spend Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of system implementation methodology.
• Lead multi-functional programs with clear objectives, goals, timelines, and collaboration across teams.
• Define user requirements and translate these requirements into comprehensive solutions.
• Demonstrate Workday Spend Management expertise and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Product teams to share insights within the Spend Management suite.
• Communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team.
• Procurement system administration, configuration and maintenance.
• Data migrations and training of end users.
• Build strong relationships with Workmates and business partners.
• Drive multi-functional programs to achieve results.
