Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and DoD purchasing policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing efforts with Program Managers, Hardware Cost Estimating, and other buyers for proposals.
• Issue RFQ/Bid/Proposal requests and analyze supplier quotes for cost and delivery.
• Document fair pricing per FAR/DFAR with cost/price analysis.
• Convey conformance criteria to suppliers and draft negotiation plans.
• Negotiate and establish long-term pricing agreements with suppliers.
• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders promptly to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain PO documentation per FAR/DFAR and internal policies.
• Track supplier performance, open orders, and conduct PBRs.
• Review drawings and flow down terms in purchase orders.
