Sidus Space, Inc. in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a Buyer in Procurement to establish and track orders, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable terms for flight-related purchases. The role is 100% onsite.

The candidate will oversee quotes, pricing, and payments, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Five (5+) years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Select suppliers and prepare purchase orders for flight orders, goods, and services.
• Manage supplier relationships including on-time delivery and quality performance.
• Request and analyze quotes from suppliers.
• Determine fair pricing to ensure best value.
• Support return of hardware/goods as needed.
• Facilitate payment of invoices.
• Negotiate terms for purchase orders.
• Develop KPI reports for supplier performance.
• Monitor procurement KPI metrics.
