Parsons is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Corporate team in Virginia. You will manage software assets, procurements, renewals, contracts, and vendor updates.

Create and track software requests, monitor approvals, analyze requisitions, support budget management, and assist with vendor negotiations.

Required: proven procurement and contract experience, asset management skills, and familiarity with SAP Ariba, PRISM, Salesforce; BA or 6+ years' related work.

• Experience with asset management and procurement software platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field).
• 6+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and track requests for new and existing software/subscriptions including monitoring approvals and procurement processes.
• Manage upcoming renewals and contract dates and act as the procurement point of contact for engineering software and technical library vendors.
• Analyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review.
• Create new vendor and vendor update requests.
• Assist in vendor negotiations.
• Assist with budget management.
