You will lead cross-functional teams, drive SIOP processes, optimize inventory turns, and implement continuous improvement using ERP/MRP tools; a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of leadership in supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain roles.
• Experience in food co-packaging industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling and materials planning teams.
• Develop and manage master production schedule (SIOP).
• Ensure optimized resource allocation based on cost and demand.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, logistics, and finance.
• Develop metrics and reports; present to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
