Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Manager for Engineered Products in Fullerton, CA. The role drives end-to-end purchasing and regional vendor collaboration to optimize cost, delivery, and quality across NA Engineered Products sites.

The candidate will lead regional procurement teams, implement category strategies, and advance ERP and e-procurement processes to ensure audit readiness and strong supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business, operations engineering or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Align local purchasing strategy with corporate SOPs and global category strategies.
• Source and manage a supply base for complex mechanical commodities (castings, machined, stamped parts).
• Drive cost savings, inflation mitigation, on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and supplier terms.
• Provide frontline support to procurement teams for forecasting and bottlenecks.
• Manage regional risk and continuity across sites.
• Standardize inventory management to reduce waste across facilities.
• Collaborate with Central Category Management on contract strategies.
• Own regional P2P compliance and internal controls.
• Optimize digital workflows in Oracle, QAD, or Power BI.
