Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Manager for Engineered Products in Fullerton, CA. This on-site role leads end-to-end purchasing, aligns regional activities with corporate strategy, and drives cost control and continuity across NA locations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in multi-site procurement with ERP experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of operational excellence and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Engineering, or a highly relevant analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years of broad supply chain or multi-site purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a direct team-management capacity.
• Experience with Aerospace Engineered Components (castings, machined, stamped components).
• High proficiency navigating enterprise ERP software ecosystems alongside modern e-procurement platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end purchasing across NA Engineered Products locations.
• Align local strategy with corporate SOPs and global category strategies.
• Source and manage a supply base for complex mechanical commodities.
• Drive cost savings, inflation mitigation, on-time delivery, and supplier risk management.
