• Six years of experience with similar duties and related four years of professional procurement experience.
• Certifications may substitute for up to four years of required experience; degrees may substitute for portions of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement, including equipment, services, construction, and IT needs.
• Provide agency procurement interpretation, guidance, and training to lower-level officers.
