Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Senior Procurement Program Manager to oversee supplier readiness for new product introductions and to drive ramp-ups across strategic platforms. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to shape sourcing strategies, ensuring on-time launches and target costs.

In this hybrid role, you will lead cross-functional reviews, manage timelines, and champion supplier development initiatives while aligning with enterprise procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, supplier development, program management, or NPI sourcing.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience with supplier ramp-ups and New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding and ramp-up for new platforms across quality, capacity, cost, and delivery.
• Manage sourcing timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and supplier capability needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional program reviews and drive timely risk resolution to maintain execution.
• Support cost modeling, early supplier engagement, and value engineering during product development.
