Job summary

CPS Outdoors, a luxury outdoor living design-build firm in Miami, seeks a Purchasing Manager to source materials, furnishings, equipment, and services for high-end projects. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory, and coordinate with project managers and design teams.

In this on-site, full-time role you will drive cost-efficiency, track delivery schedules, resolve vendor discrepancies, and maintain procurement records to support budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, preferably in luxury design-build or hospitality contexts.
• Proven ability to source vendors, manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and analyze costs.
• Proficiency with purchasing/ERP software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials and equipment used in outdoor living and construction projects.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time-management skills with multiple deadlines.
