Job summary

CPS Outdoors is seeking a Safety Coordinator to safeguard health and safety across job sites in Miami, FL. This full-time, on-site role oversees inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions to maintain a compliant, safe work environment.

You will develop and deliver safety training, maintain incident reports and documentation, track performance metrics, and collaborate with project managers and field teams to embed robust safety practices into planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
• Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training for diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety standards in construction or outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections across project sites and operations.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field and operations staff.
• Maintain safety documentation and incident reports, tracking trends and performance metrics.
• Coordinate accident investigations and partner with project teams to embed safety practices in planning and execution.
