Senior Procurement Manager – 12 month contract – Pharmaceuticals – North Caorlina. Join a landmark project as QCS partner with our client a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. Be part of a large-scale investment and play a pivotal role in bringing this world-class program to life.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the procurement strategy for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packages
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFP development, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial recommendations, and contract award
• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex construction and EPCM contracts, including commercial terms and risk allocation
• Provide senior‑level commercial leadership across Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Project Controls
• Oversee full contract lifecycle management, including amendments, variations, change management, and claims support

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, with significant exposure to large‑scale capital or greenfield construction projects
• Proven experience leading procurement within construction and EPCM environments
• Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial management
• Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end RFP and tender processes
