Ledgent Technology is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support procurement, warehouse and logistics operations. You will lead requirements gathering, analyze data, and partner with both business and technology teams to implement process improvements that drive efficiency and performance.

The role requires a BS degree and 7+ years of BA experience, with hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics and ERP/WMS platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations, logistics, procurement, inventory or supply chain processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for operational and technology initiatives.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses.
• Analyze and improve processes across warehouse, logistics, inventory, procurement and supply chain.
• Collaborate with technical teams on design, testing and implementation.
• Identify system and data issues and propose scalable improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote BA best practices.
