Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the New Construction/LYS Purchase Spec group deliverables.
• Purchase and delivery of material; manage material spend plans and vendor invoicing.
• Lead RFPs and contract negotiations; support internal and government audits.
• Develop material estimates and validate pricing; coordinate quarterly EACs.
• Forecast material spend with BIW Finance and collaborate with Buyers.
