• Direct scope of work reviews; conduct market research to meet MTA requirements.
• Support MTA-wide programs; present findings to senior management and oversight agencies.
• Draft and negotiate contract terms; ensure compliance with procurement laws and guidelines.
• Develop standard policies and training for staff; improve vendor on-time delivery.
