Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to guide end-to-end equipment sourcing, supplier performance, and risk management for complex projects. You will partner with clients, legal, and finance to secure best-value contracts while driving procurement innovation and process excellence.

The role demands leadership across 10+ years in procurement within construction-related sectors, a relevant degree, and CIPS progression.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of procurement experience with increasing leadership.
Experience in construction environments within pharmaceutical/medical device sectors or EPC in oil/gas.
Degree in procurement or supply chain management.
CIPS certification or progress toward it; support available from us.
Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset for balanced solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage equipment sourcing strategies end-to-end, including expediting orders.
Lead bid evaluations and ensure best overall value for contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.
Collaborate with legal and finance on contract terms and SLAs.
Utilize client procurement systems with compliance to stage gate approvals.
Identify opportunities to drive innovation in procurement processes.
