Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Sr Procurement Representative in Colorado. You will support project teams with advanced procurement transactions (equipment, services, subcontracts) and may be assigned to multiple projects.

The role includes expediting, procurement admin, closeout, and proposal development, with leadership of transactional activities under minimal supervision. The team drives process excellence across global operations.

Competenze

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
• Pre-employment checks including criminal/civil background, drug screen, and MVR as required by law.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Technical/Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient contract comprehension and data entry capabilities.
• Able to work with MS Office and databases.

Mansioni

• Prepares contract documents and bidders list; manages bidding process.
• Leads evaluation, bid tabulations, and collaboration with engineering for technical assessments.
• Makes recommendations on bidders and awards.
• Leads and coordinates negotiation processes.
• Resolves basic to mildly complex contractual exceptions.
• Manages award and conforming processes; supports budgeting activities.
• Develops set-up documents and processes for new projects.
• Trains others in procurement functions with minimal supervision.
• Maintains filing per corporate and project rules.
