Job summary

Holtec International in Camden, NJ is seeking a Procurement Specialist III to drive purchasing from RFQ through PO, manage supplier performance, and support reliable, schedule-driven project delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in procurement for large-scale projects, experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong negotiation and communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in procurement or supply chain roles for large-scale industrial, EPC, or complex capital projects; nuclear or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supplier performance management.
• Proficient in procurement documentation and change control.

Responsibilities

• Drive purchasing execution from RFQ to PO for assigned packages.
• Develop and manage supplier pipeline; support competitive sourcing and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, controls, quality, logistics to clarify scope and strategy; maintain trackers.
• Ensure procurement documentation is audit-ready and coordinate inspections and docs.
