Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of federal cost/price analysis or related procurement cost experience.
• Experience evaluating price reasonableness for complex, non-standard hardware or services.
• Strong understanding of FAR Part 31, DEAR Part 970, and federal cost allowability.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost reasonableness evaluations, price assessments, and invoice verifications for high-value equipment procurements and complex contracts.
• Dissect invoices to baseline cost elements: direct labor, material components, equipment usage, sub-tier markups, and indirect rates.
• Compare costs against IGCE, market data, OEM pricing, and benchmarks for reasonableness.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DEAR requirements and DOE regulations; prepare disposition memos and support negotiations.
