Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking a Procurement Data Entry Specialist located in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on onboarding and maintaining vendor profiles, ensuring data integrity, and handling sensitive supplier information.

Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA and up to 3 years of relevant experience, with preference for those with FAR-based procurement exposure and DOE/DOD contractor experience. DOE security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required.
• BS/BA + 0-3 yrs, A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Directly related work experience with government procurement, DOE, DOD or a prime contractor (preferred).
• Experience working with FAR based procurement (preferred).
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience with data entry related tasks (preferred).

Security Clearance Information
This position will require selected candidate to be able to obtain a DOE Security Clearance.
BSRA is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with BSRA require applicants to have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
