Oregon Department of Human Services seeks a Contract Administrator to review and monitor contracts for compliance, conduct large procurements, and perform market research to inform requirements. The role also includes training staff on the eProcurement system and procedures.
The position requires knowledge of Oregon procurement statutes, leadership in handling complex procurements, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Salary: $6,318 - $9,705/per month
Non‑PERS Rate: $6,696 - $10,286/per month

The Oregon Secretary of State is one of three constitutional offices created at statehood.
