As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative, technical, clerical and office management support to EDGE managers in the Office of Information Services (OIS). In this role, you will ensure that clerical and logistical functions of the section operate in an orderly fashion as well as establish and maintain procedures and other controls necessary to carry out assigned program activities.
Minimum Qualifications: (a) Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis. OR (b) An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis. (c) An equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary listed is the non‑PERS qualifying range. If the successful candidate qualifies for PERS, the salary range will increase by 6.95%.
