Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years in procurement or commercial management on capital projects, with a proven record of high-value negotiations; experience in regulated environments is preferred, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Twelve to fifteen years or more in procurement, contract management or commercial management on capital projects or regulated industries.
• Record of leading high-value contract negotiations in construction, engineering, manufacturing or infrastructure.
• Experience in nuclear, energy or infrastructure preferred; some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages.
• Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies aligned to project delivery, cost and risk objectives.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation through execution and closeout on high-value agreements.
• Act as commercial lead and adviser to project leadership, engineering and supply chain teams.
• Oversee claims management and dispute resolution, including evaluation of variation orders and cost impacts.
