This on-site role requires up to 20% travel to Eunice, NM, with deep expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and supplier strategy across large-scale project environments.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of procurement, contract management, or commercial leadership in capital projects.
• Proven high-value contract negotiations in regulated industries.
• Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, and Excel for project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages.
• Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting to closeout.
• Act as commercial lead to project teams.
• Lead claims management and dispute resolution.
• Drive change management and evaluation of cost impacts.
• Ensure regulatory governance and audit readiness.
• Monitor supplier performance and cost savings KPIs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Project Controls, Engineering.
