Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizenship/green card).

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and proposals based on Plant requirements.
• Review quotations and perform cost analyses for best value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to meet Plant goals.
• Place and manage purchase orders to support production and inventory.
