Job summary

Feastables is seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer / Analyst to bridge the business and its supplier and co-manufacturing network. You will create purchase orders, track them to completion, and support packaging components and supplier onboarding to keep production on schedule.

In this role you will drive supplier performance, manage MOQs and lead times, escalate production risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong background in ERP systems and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis in CPG/food/beverage or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of PO lifecycle creation, tracking, receiving, and invoice approval.
• Experience working with co-packers/co-manufacturers and packaging component suppliers.
• Ability to manage supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to track MOQs, lead times, and commercialization timelines.
• Comfortable escalating and helping resolve risks that could impact production.
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to validate purchase orders against contract bookings.

About The Role:

As the Senior Procurement Buyer / Analyst at Feastables, you'll play a critical role within the Procurement organization, serving as a key operational link between the business and its supplier and co-manufacturing network. You'll ensure that purchase orders, supplier performance, and packaging and material flows run smoothly, directly supporting production schedules and commercialization timelines. As a hands-on operational partner, you'll help keep innovation projects, packaging supply, and supplier relationships aligned so the business can execute efficiently and without disruption.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting innovation projects for food and non-food items
• Creating purchase orders, tracking them through to completion, receiving goods, and approving invoices
• Placing purchase orders for packaging components used at co-packers (e.g., display corrugated, overwrap, bags)
• Supporting supplier onboarding and evaluations
• Driving supplier performance improvements
• Managing supplier communication on day-to-day operational issues
• Supporting cross-functional team projects as needed
• Tracking and managing MOQs (minimum order quantities) and lead times
• Supporting commercialization timelines
• Escalating risks that could impact production

Recipe For Success:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis, ideally within CPG, food/beverage, or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of purchase order lifecycle management (creation, tracking, receiving, invoice approval)
• Experience working with co-packers/co-manufacturers and packaging component suppliers
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, evaluation, and performance improvement
• Strong organizational skills to track MOQs, lead times, and commercialization timelines
• Comfortable escalating and helping resolve risks that could impact production
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to validate purchase orders against contract bookings
