Feastables is seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer/Analyst to bridge operations between the business and supplier network. You will manage purchase orders, supplier performance, and packaging/component flows to support production schedules and commercialization timelines.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help align innovation projects, packaging supply, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth execution. We value transparency, quality, and a fun, fast-paced work environment at Feastables.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis within CPG/food/beverage sectors.
• Strong PO lifecycle management: creation, tracking, receiving, invoice approval.
• Experience working with co-packers and packaging component suppliers.
• Ability to onboard, evaluate, and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills to track MOQs, lead times, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders from initiation to invoice approval.
• Track POs through to completion and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate packaging components with co-packers and suppliers.
• Support supplier onboarding, evaluations, and performance improvements.
• Escalate risks that could impact production and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects as needed.
