Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement to support the Proposal Team in a centralized, cross-functional environment focused on strengthening the supply chain for proposals. The role emphasizes coordinating supplier engagement, quotes, and price analysis to deliver qualified, compliant proposals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent with 0–2 years), and familiarity with FAR/DFARS in a DoD context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements related to procurement and proposal support.
• Experience supporting proposals or procurement activities in a DoD environment.
• Ability to maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records; interpret and apply purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier engagement and obtain quotes.
• Support cost and price analysis.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready procurement documentation.
• Assist with compliance and management review activities.
• Work closely with MPM and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
• Support multiple proposal efforts under schedule constraints.
