Job summary

The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager, Construction to join Global Procurement, Construction & Energy Sourcing at our new manufacturing facility. You will shape procurement roadmaps and lead cross-functional talent to deliver scalable construction projects.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing contracts and AIA discussions, supplier performance, and governance.

Qualifications

  • Procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects with scalable delivery needs.
  • Comfortable working across functions, cultures and matrixed organizations with clear, respectful communication.
  • Knowledge of contract management, tendering processes and AIA construction models.
  • Curious approach to change, with appetite to explore, experiment and learn.

The Indirect Materials & Services Procurement organization sources facilities, technology, professional services, travel, distribution and logistics. Together with Global Workplace colleagues, the team helps manufacturing locations grow responsibly, control risk and advance sustainability ambitions.

Additional Details On This Position

This is a hybrid role based in Chester, Virginia, with no relocation support offered.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $128,542.00 - $192,812.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
